I think I aced the Biology Practical.

I said I "think" because well, overconfidence is NEVER good! Same goes for lack of confidence... but anywho, I had to hydrolise UREA. You know how URINE is made of water, glucose, urea, and some salts and waste products? Well the thought kind of disgusts me.

InshAllah I'll get an A on that paper... I already bragged about how I'll get a 40/40 on this, but then I remembered that CIE is one bitch of an examination board. Not to mention the whole pride thing is negative.

 I had work experience as a librarian in the Bethnal Green Library during January 17-21 2011. No, i don't want to be a librarian when i grow up, the teacher just randomly chose a work place for the student....I had fun though! Loads of fun!

AS BIOLOGY PRACTICAL EXAM TOMORROW OMG OMG OMG!

HAVE A TASTE OF THIS BEAUTIFUL SAMPLE OF THE ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM! DON'T CHOKE ON THE RIBOSOMES. WHY AM I WRITING IN CAPITAL LETTERS?

Remember that the ROUGH ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM is involved in protein synthesis.

The SMOOOOOOOOTH ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM, on the other hand, is involved in the synthesis of lipids and steroids and the metabolism of carbohydrates and calcium concentration and stuff like that.

Then there's the GOLGI APPARATUS which does the laundry:- it sorts out proteins and other shit, it processes them, then packages them into secretory vesicles which trasports them somewhere within the cell or outside.

KNOW THESE 3 BASICS AND YOU SHALL ACE MOLECULAR BIOLOGY!

... Well not really, but a lot people including myself mess these three up. The might look like "whatever" things, but they're the basics of cell biology. Not to mention that they are very helpful to us.

So with only 5 days left before I have my first AS exam, I'm studying like hell. With some luck I'll get 4 As... Although what I'm most worried about is... wait, nobody cares.

Well anywho, I am currently revising the chapter in my Bio book called "Immunity", and when I went googling for diagrams I found this cute one.

I shall send you some cute B lymphocyte kisses so that you may be blessed with T cells and hugged by millions of antibodies and then meet a sweetheart macrophage along the way or, if you're luckier, get asked to dinner by a hot T cytosexic... I mean, cytotoxic cell.
.......Ok that was kinda weird... I don't like Biology, so it's understandable.
